Mr. Wyatt's legal Assistant/Office Manager is Mr. Jarrod M. Law
who graduated from Kennesaw State University in July of 2006. He began working
for the Law Offices of Justin J. Wyatt on the first of August 2006. Mr.
Law received his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing
a Juris Doctor. He plans to attend Georgia State University for a Juris
Doctor.
Mr. Law holds key responsibilities such as pleading and document drafting,
client relations, office management, and is experienced in the areas of Criminal
Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Personal Injury. Mr. Law handles the
majority of the Personal Injury cases that retain the Offices of Justin J. Wyatt
& Associates.
In all cases, Mr. Law pursues the best interest of the firms clientele
aggressively and efficiently.
Mr. Wyatt's Associate is Ms. Gina Smalley.
Ms. Smalley graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a Bachelor
of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Ms. Smalley
received her Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Touro College Jacob D Fuchsberg
Law Center. Ms. Smalley joined Justin Wyatt & Associates in April
of 2007.
She offers zealous client representation, efficient case planning and honest,
practical advice. Ms. Smalley is also licensed to practice law in New
York and Tennessee as well.
Mr. Wyatt shares office space with Ms. F.
Marian Weeks who is the past president of the Cobb County Bar Association.
Ms. Weeks' practice is exclusively family law and she works as a mediator and
Guardian Ad Litem.
Mr. Lawrence Burke is also an attorney in the
office who primarily does general civil litigation, debtor bankruptcy, family
law and criminal defense.
Mr. B. J. Abbott & Parri Abbott (Abbott & Abbott P.C.) are
also
in the office and practice exclusively in Family Law. The
Abbotts also have an office in Cherokee Country.
Legal Interns - Our office regularly uses legal
interns who assist in clerical, copying, filing, faxing, transportation to
court & many other forms of assistance to the client. There is no charge
for intern time.
