Mr. Wyatt handles divorce, child custody, child support, contempt and modification actions in all of the metro-Atlanta counties. Mr. Wyatt has jury and non-jury trial extensive experience in domestic relations cases. He is also a member of the family law sections of Cobb County Bar Association and the Georgia Bar.

As a domestic trial lawyer, Mr. Wyatt has vast experience conducting temporary hearings, modification hearings, family violence hearings, motions for contempt, and all other evidentiary hearings for domestic relations cases.

Generally, a domestic relations case requires a retainer of $1,500.00 to $3,500.00 and Mr. Wyatt has an hourly rate of $250.00 per hour. Associate time is billed at $175.00 per hour and Legal Assistant time at $100 per hour. There is no charge for initial consultations or initial telephone / e-mail conferences for clients who retain our services.
