| As a prosecutor and public defender Mr. Wyatt was lead counsel in over 100 jury trials. In Georgia, Mr. Wyatt has conducted many jury trials in the felony and misdemeanor divisions in the criminal courts of metro-Atlanta. In 1997 Mr. Wyatt conducted oral argument before the Supreme Court of Georgia on a murder case where the defendant received consecutive life sentences. He has also written numerous appellate briefs to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Since Mr. Wyatt s primary law office is one mile off Marietta Square, a large portion of his criminal practice is in Cobb County. However, Mr. Wyatt has satellite offices in North Fulton and Gwinnett Counties and he regularly has criminal cases in all of the metro-Atlanta counties. |
