Mr. Wyatt has filed and defended many general litigation cases in the State and Superior courts of the metro-Atlanta counties. Generally these disputes involve breach of contract, minor employee disagreements, bad checks, collection and insurance claims.

These cases are generally billed at an hourly rate ranging from $175.00 - $250.00 per hour or in rare circumstances a contingency rate. There is no charge for initial consultations or initial telephone / e-mail conferences.
